Every morning Kaile woke up, slid out of bed, went straight outside to wake Papa up! After about an hour of extra sleep for me, I would get up to find her like this. She talked, sang, jibber jabbered the entire time out there while Papa slept. At least he can sleep through all her talking!
Kaile's favorite thing to do at the beach is play in the sand! I, of course, am sitting under a huge tent that provides me with plenty of shade from the sun while still wearing 70spf!!! The sun does not like me, while it loves Kaile. She stayed out in the bright shinning sun and got a nice tan line. So since Papa doesnt burn either, he sits in the sun at the edge of the cool water with her!
Daddy took a long time waking up Sat morning, but finally made it to the beach! Him and Kaile walked the shore line looking for sharks teeth. Sadly Kaile and I each found a sharks tooth before Daddy did. But we all did find a tooth and added it to Papa's VERY large shark tooth collection that he has going on in front of the TV in the living room.
Kaile, to say the least, is NOT shy. If we blink, she has ran off to the nearest family that has kids! This was a random family that was a little ways down the beach. She is showing them her new Carebear that she just got. At a different time, I watched Kaile start running toward the water after leaving the tent. Her eye caught sight of another little boy running down the shoreline... and she turned and started running beside him. When the little boy noticed that there was now a girl running after him, he made his way into the water. Of course Kaile followed him. Then filled her bucket that she was running with with water, then preceded to pour it on him! The little boy kept running and so did Kaile. Poor little boy :)
My pretty little girl is growing up!
Here is her carring around her carebear again! That bear has not been out of her sight since she recieved it on Friday! She kept putting the bear on the shoulders and taking him for a ride while she walked the beach.
Papa bought a golf cart for the beach for us to carry all of our stuff on over to the beach. Kaile loves to just ride in it up and down the canals too. There is a house down Fourth St that has a huge fake palm tree that is made of red lights for the branches and I think green for the trunk... Kaile always makes us take her for a ride on the golfcart at an nightime to go see the "big tree" as she calls it. The tree is very pretty at night, but very gaudy during the day. Bryan came downstairs to find that Kaile had buckled up her carebear and then herself. Going to be a bad day when her feet can reach the pedals!
